Welcome to My Meze Bar
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.mymezebar.co.uk), your visits to our premises, bookings, and all services provided by My Meze Bar (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our site, making a booking, or dining with us, you agree to these Terms.
General
My Meze Bar reserves the right to change, update or modify the Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website or restaurant after changes implies your acceptance of updated Terms.
We may also amend menus, prices, opening hours, services (e.g. drinks, bottomless brunch, etc.) without notice.
Bookings & Reservations
Bookings are accepted subject to availability. We may require a deposit for larger bookings or private hire.
Arrival time: please arrive within 15 minutes of your booking. If you are significantly late without notice, My Meze Bar may reallocate the table.
Booking duration is limited (typically two hours) unless otherwise agreed.
Modifications or cancellations should be made at least 24–48 hours in advance (or as per our bookings policy).
Private Hire & Events
Private hire or large group events may have separate terms, including minimum spends, deposits, specific menus, or staff arrangements.
Decoration or external arrangements may require prior agreement.
Food & Drink
Guests must inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements in advance. We will make efforts to accommodate these, but cannot guarantee avoiding cross-contamination.
Drinks are served in accordance with licensing laws. Proof of age may be required for alcohol.
Behaviour & Conduct
My Meze Bar expects all guests to behave respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse service, eject guests, or close bookings for behaviour deemed unacceptable, abusive, or disruptive.
My Meze Bar is not liable for guest behaviour outside our control (e.g., other guests, traffic etc.), though we do our best to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
Liability
Except where required by law, My Meze Bar does not accept liability for loss, injury, damage or delay arising from using our premises or website.
We are not responsible for personal property left unattended.
