Refund Policy

At My Meze Bar, customer satisfaction is important. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds or credits may be given.

  1. Deposits & Prepayments

    • If a deposit is taken to secure a table, event or private hire, the deposit is typically non-refundable. If you cancel with adequate notice (as per our Bookings Policy), we may at our discretion transfer the deposit to a future booking.

  2. Cancellations

    • Cancellations made with sufficient notice (minimum 48 hours unless otherwise agreed) may be eligible for a full or partial refund or rebooking at our discretion.

    • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit or payment.

  3. Faulty Product or Service

    • If something you ordered is not what was described, unsafe, or faulty, please inform us immediately. We will endeavour to rectify the issue (replacement, redoing the dish, or where appropriate, refund).

  4. Events & Private Hire

    • Refunds for event-specific payments will depend on the event agreement, including cancellation notice, any incurred costs, staffing or supply costs.

  5. Refund Method

    • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible. Processing may take some time depending on banking/financial provider.
